Every memorial we make follows the same quiet path: your photos, an artist’s hands, and your approval at every important step. Here is exactly what happens — nothing hidden, nothing rushed.
1. Choose & Size
Begin by choosing the memorial that feels right — for a dog, a cat, or a small companion — and the size that fits. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help you compare honestly before you order. Take the time you need; this decision deserves it.
2. Send Photos
Use the upload box on the product page to send 2–5 clear photos of your companion before you check out — they are attached to your order automatically. They can be recent or years old, from a camera or a phone — what matters is that they look like them to you. Clear views of the head, ears, face, back, and belly help us most, and their name and any special details are always welcome. Our artist studies every photo carefully and will ask rather than guess.
3. Tell Us Their Story
Photos tell us how they looked; a few words tell us how they lived. Share whatever feels natural — their name, their favorite spot, the way they greeted you at the door. Nothing more is required beyond the photos, but the small details always find their way into the portrait.
4. Approve Your Preview
Before anything is fired, we email you a photo of your finished, unfired portrait. You may ask for small adjustments — a lighter coat, a softer gaze — and one free revision is included before we fire. Nothing enters the kiln without your approval.
5. Fired, Finished & Delivered
Once you approve, your urn is glazed and fired, cooled slowly, and checked by hand. Firing and finishing take about 12 business days; if you need your urn sooner, our rush service completes it in about one week for an additional $50 — ask us before you order. We pack it with care and ship worldwide by USPS (delivery usually takes about 8–15 days), and you will receive your tracking number the moment it leaves. We remain a message away after it arrives.
Made with Trust, at Every Step
Your Photos Stay Private
Your photos and story are used only to create your order. They are never published, sold, or used for marketing. If we ever want to feature a finished piece, we ask first — in writing.
Made by Hand
Each urn is formed, painted, and glazed by hand in our ceramics studio — never printed, never reproduced. Small differences between pieces are the honest signature of handmade work, and your preview is the closest picture of your finished urn.
You Approve Before Firing
Firing is the point of no return, so we place your approval before it. You review a photo preview, request changes if you need them, and only your “yes” sends the piece into the kiln.
Ready When You Are
There is no pressure to decide today. Look around, ask questions, and when it feels right, we will be here.
