When you order or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, shipping address, order details, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers), and the reference photos and details you share for your custom piece.

2. How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your custom order (preview, production, delivery), provide customer support, send order-related updates, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Photos — our promise to you

Your reference photos are used only to create your order and are seen only by the people who need to make it. We never publish, share, or use them for marketing — including gallery features — without your separate, written permission. When you order, you can upload 2–5 reference photos on the product page before adding your item to the cart, or send them to us by WhatsApp; either way they are attached to your order file. We keep order files only as long as needed to produce your piece, provide after-sales care, and comply with legal requirements, and we delete them once they are no longer needed.

4. Who we share with

We share data only with trusted processors who help us operate: our e-commerce platform, email service, payment provider, and shipping carriers. Where required by law, we may disclose information to authorities.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission on our site. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing daisyzhangcn2025@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our e-commerce platform (Shopify) uses cookies to operate the cart and checkout. We also use its basic analytics features to understand visitor behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.
