Details
A 3D sitting cat urn — the whole cat in a seated pose, sculpted and hand-painted from your photos. Made to order, one size.
- Made to order from your reference photos
- You approve the painted preview before firing
- One size: fits cats about 5–15 kg
- Outer box approx 15 × 15 × 20 cm
- About 12 business days after you approve your painted preview (rush about 1 week for an extra $50 — message us on WhatsApp); as a custom piece it is non-refundable and non-returnable, and if your order is lost, held by customs, or damaged in transit, we will remake and reship it at no extra cost
Handmade Note
Every memorial is individually hand-painted from your photographs. Our artists work to capture the markings, the expression, and the familiar character you remember — not to create an exact photographic replica. Small differences in colour, form, and brushwork make each ceramic piece unique.
Care
Keep your urn indoors on a stable, level surface. Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately. Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemical cleaners, or stiff brushes.
Shipping + Returns
Made to order
Every urn is handcrafted only after you place your order and we receive your pet's photos, so each piece is made just for your companion and cannot be restocked or resold.
Timeline & rush service
Production takes about 12 business days after you approve your painted preview; delivery then takes about 8–15 days, with tracking on every order. Need it sooner? A rush service of about one week is available for an extra $50 — message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability before you order.
Shipping
- Free tracked shipping worldwide on every order — no minimums.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Orders usually clear customs without extra fees; if customs duties or taxes are assessed, they are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds & returns — custom-made pieces
- Cancellation: you may cancel within 2 days of ordering for a full refund, as long as production has not started.
- Preview approval: we email you a painted preview before firing and include one free round of small adjustments. Once you approve, firing begins and no further changes can be made.
- Change of mind: because your urn is made from your photos, returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.
- Damaged, lost, or held by customs: keep the original packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will remake and reship once at no extra cost — if the replacement is also confirmed lost, we refund the full amount you paid.
- Quality issues: clear manufacturing defects such as cracking or glaze faults are repaired or remade free of charge, or refunded if we cannot.
