Effective date: September 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of CustomPawArtShop and your purchase of custom-made memorial products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About CustomPawArtShop

CustomPawArtShop is a ceramics studio in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China, specializing in hand-painted ceramic pet memorial urns. Registered business name: CustomPawArtShop. Registration address: No. 99, Fulin Street, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China.

2. Custom orders

An order is a request for a one-of-a-kind handmade piece based on the photos and details you provide. Because the piece is made for you, our Refund Policy applies in place of standard return rights.

3. Your photos and details

You confirm that you have the right to share the photos you send. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to create and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it; we do not use them for marketing or publication without your separate written consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Handmade variance

Handmade ceramics carry honest variation: subtle differences in glaze tone, kiln effects, and brushwork are inherent to the craft and are not defects. The preview you approve is the best representation of the finished piece. Our urns are semi-handmade — the head, ears, and mouth are shaped by hand, and the portrait is painted from your photos — so each piece is a hand-painted tribute rather than an exact 1:1 replica of any photograph.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We currently do not collect US state or local sales tax because we have no physical presence in the United States; if we later become required to collect tax in your state, it will be added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout, and we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping and risk

Shipping timelines, customs responsibility, and address rules are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Orders usually clear customs without extra fees; if customs authorities assess import duties, taxes, or handling fees, those charges are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

All original artwork on our site and in your commissioned piece remains the property of CustomPawArtShop. Your urn is made for your personal use, and you may not reproduce or resell the artwork commercially without written permission. Your photos remain your property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at daisyzhangcn2025@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China.
